A rubbish end to the year

Or was it the end to a rubbish year?
The rubbish is from a vacated plot at the allotment which I have volunteered to take to the tip. The tip closed at 2pm on NYE and is shut on New Year's Day,  so I will have to take it on 2 January. A rubbish start to the New Year. I hope that is not a portent and wish all my fellow blippers a Happy, Positive and Productive 2025.
