Scotch Moss Spiral

This space was a sandpit for kids when we moved in, but I wanted to create something that would be appreciated year round, not just for one or two weeks a year when the grandkids visit. So, after a lot of thought about what I wanted, I had two thoughts: to follow the design of the Herb Spiral and to be able to walk outside and feel soft grass underfoot. So I came up with this. Hopefully the mounds will grow together.
