Sauna

A very sunny day

We went to the Bay Diner in Monifieth for Lunch. It was such a sunny day and even though it was only 3 degrees, in the strong sunshine and no wind it felt quite warm. We went for a walk along the Coastal path without my Scooter and I managed 0.31 of a mile, which is the most I have managed so far.

We came across a new business which had just opened. It was a Sauna, right beside the beach. A young woman in a swimming costume came out and ran down into the water and swam for a few minutes before running back to the Sauna. Very brave! Our Scandinavian friends would be impressed. We might book a slot - in the Summer!
