Friday 13th

After my unsuccessful attempt to park & nap at a motorway service, decided to keep driving. ending up on a back street in Grays, Essex close to IKEA. Slept dreadfully & seemingly I've got a bad cold developing.  Lots of coughing.

Waited for IKEA to open at 10 as I had been asked to pick up an order and deliver it to Norwich.  First though a cup of warming fresh coffee and low & behold, my German IKEA Family Card worked, so it was free!

Then mounted the roof rails I'd brought along and waited for the call to pick up the goods. As it was raining,  decided to try getting the bits in the car, the longest being a Billy shelf. Somehow managed it and started the Friday drive around M25 & up M11 & A11. Went well arriving at Hethersett Ionity for a big chargers at 13:15, before 10 minute drive to final destination and some snack lunch.

Feels very strange to be 'back home'.
