Happy new year folks. 
Still a wee bit under the weather, unlike me, thought I'd be raring to go by now. Anyway we chose today to start Donald on some Patches he's been prescribed. I was slow to follow all instructions but no doubt I'll be a dab hand soon at applying them, only problem is you're not to put them in the same spot for at least 14 days so I'll have to make a body chart of sorts to map them out (I could just take photos I suppose).
