Father and son

... as we walked over cliffs to Cuckmere Haven.
Pilates and gym first thing. Then our son J has come to stay overnight. We had a lovely walk then he was my assistant for some outdoor jobs.
We had a lovely pub meal at the Longman Inn and have finished the day playing cards.
