Still moving

Good to see movement on the canal today, usually by early January the canal has frozen over at least once but this year it’s remained unfrozen. There’s a cold snap on it’s way so let’s hope these boaters get to where they want to be.
A bit of cleaning done taking down tinsel, cards and smaller decorations as I went. The tree will have to stay up until the weekend.
House was very quiet without hubby.
The car incident from earlier in the week rumbles on. I had a visit from a lady asking whether my doorbell recorded the road at the end of the drive. It doesn’t. She was spinning some yarn about the car running out of petrol and being left there to pick up in the morning. Nothing like what actually happened.
