Iris in the rain

I bought this Iris years ago at a NPGS sale, the lady who sold it to me said it was an uncommon variety and so, always on the look-out for something different, I bought it.
Years have passed and it has never flowered, so this year I dug it up and popped it into a pot until I decided where to place it in the garden.
And this summer has been very wet, and the iris has loved it! What a beautiful flower......and this is the fifth I have had this summer!!
