Brrrr

A very frosty morning and a cold day. I had a trip to the opticians by bus and avoiding icy patches in the walk to and from the bus stop. The ageing process goes on apace, cataracts are the next thing but we agreed to wait before referring me until my appointment in a year’s time. Had a lovely lunch with my friends Claire and Jean and have booked (with some trepidation) to return to aquarobics next Friday! That will be the first time since before my knee surgery almost two years ago. Onwards and upwards!
