Cyclamen

The cyclamen was a Christmas gift, from a dear friend, and started to open up beautifully. I took it outside quickly this morning and sat it on the frost covered lawn while the sun was on it to take a quick shot. After breakfast prepared the food for the birds. I have a grey wagtail that has started to come in to the courtyard. I noticed today that it has a poorly left foot, it kept it raising every few seconds. Apologies the extras are not brilliant they were shot through not very clean kitchen window.

Woke up to a very sharp frost this morning, while cold we had the sun out so overall it has been nice day. Spent most of the day sorting out the study, which is long overdue. The paper shredder has worked over time, and  I had to sort a jam at one end. so now ready for the next session.
