Golden Balls

I chose this shot for two reasons - one the vole catch obviously but the second were the golden bokeh balls behind her. Yes and golden balls for her courage and fortitude in the scenario she is hunting in taking on other birds to get her supper..

The dive in the Extra but thankfully my owl got to have his supper in the very cold temperatures we have had of late.  You can see him here flying with a vole which by dropping into the grasses he was trying to hide from the crows.
