heartfreeks challenge

Today I have decided to combine ABOUT ME with SOMEONE PRECIOUS.

The pictures show some of me and most of my family. They are the most precious people to me after God. I am a wife, a mother of three Children and a grandmother to 6 lovely grandkids. The 2 boys emigrated to Canada , one this year and one 6 years ago. 3 of the grandkids live in Canada. the rest in Cornwall. My daughter doesn't feature in any of these pictures (just her 2 brothers)and not all the granchildren are there either, just the 2 eldest.

I am not an upfront person either and tend not to show the real me. I am semi-retired running a small manicure/pedicure business for older people only. I just love being with them. Both my husband and I are committed christians belong to a local Congregational church. I am involved in a ladies work which we call 'Ladies Do', begun by delightinnature.

Generally I am a happy a person but looking back at theses pictures in this way did make me cry a little as much family stuff has gone on over the 3 years years in Canada which has caused deep hurts. But through all this we have had much support from friends in our church and God is healing us in his grace. Without my faith I just dont know how I would have coped. I have a greater understanding now of how a family can be broken apart by misunderstandings and accusations. God has a reason for all this this. It has taught me to rely totally on Him for love, healing, forgiveness, in fact everything.
