Preparation

Today I started preparing my birthday cake, my birthday is Monday and initially I’d planned to celebrate on Sunday with the family, sadly they are poorly so we have postponed.

Mum and Bri didn’t want to make me and Paul poorly as we have a race the following weekend, we also need to stay healthy as Paul stays at his mums when he’s working and while his mum is having chemotherapy I wouldn’t like to pass anything on!

I have still made m birthday cake and will freeze some for next weekend, the sponges are all made! Buttercreams and decorations tomorrow and assembly Sunday ready for the big day Monday!
