The moon and Venus

It's been a day bookended with being on the beach for sunrise and sunset, both were beautiful- and cold! Rosie and I only lost one ball this morning which was good going. I need to investigate light up tennis balls.

After work i went for a sauna on the beach with Kate, Emma and Pete, what a beautiful way to end the week. The sea is flipping cold at the moment though! Three dips and lots of sauna time and chats. Then hot chocolate on the beach and a catch up with Tracy.

Traitors and the darts on the telly tonight, all good stuff.
