Perfect solution!

Renata gave me a cartoon themed desk calendar for 2025. I keep it on the counter in the kitchen. Neighbour Bill was down for coffee yesterday and he always like to have a look at the desk calendar. He looked at this page and had a good laugh. I hadn't looked past the Jan. 1 page, so G and I looked at when Bill laughed. We had a good laugh with him, and I thought some blippers might find this cartoon funny too. Renata has given me these kind of calendars for a few years, and I find them very helpful to remind me what day it is when I tear a page off as part of my morning routine.  :-) I added a tag for funny Friday, so maybe I'll blip a cartoon from the calendar every Friday.
Had a muffin and coffee at Salt Spring Coffee Cafe before shopping for groceries this morning. I resisted the temptation to have a cappuccino and croissant, both available there. The sign on the croissants said that they were baked from frozen, so likely not made in the cafe's kitchen. I will have a cappuccino there one of these days.
Pouring rain ever since I got up, so no walk. I did get a few things done that I've been putting off for too long.
