I'm in! #3

Another Wednesday, another selfie to show the massive gains I've achieved in my relentless pursuit of ever higher levels of fitness.
Going really well...um...well I'm still trying, and enjoying, which I guess is what it should all really be about.
Getting crazy mad at work, going down to London tomorrow for 4 days for rehearsals and Proms.
We had the singers in yesterday for Tannhauser. Awesome. Think it's gonna be a great gig.
