Didn't we have

We took a run to Edinburgh today much to Tooli's distress.  

She's leaving tomorrow, from Edinburgh but wanted to catch up with her pal before she went 

She was going to get through 745 train through for breakfast pft. 

As her dad said (a) your mum loves Edinburgh (b) your mum loves Edinburgh and (c) your mum loves Edinburgh. We will take you 

It was a lovely run through.  It helps that we have a comfy car .

We parked at ingleston and got the tram to st Andrews square.   £3.60 rerun is really not bad for such a big run and we could have been on and off 

Tooli took off at speed when we arrived and we bimbled to.The.St James quarter which has a copper Jobby emoji on the top 

Their Scottish marketplace cafe on the fourth floor was idea stop for brekkie and then we had a bimble round the shops.  

Then we walked to Princes st gardens where they were removing all the staging and seating which hasn't been used on higmany because of the 'terrible weather's. (I've yet to find one person who Thot it was bad enough to cancel )

Then we walked Princes Street to Waterstones and then to Shandwick place  where we sat in the sun and waited for Tooli to tell us she was done

It was one when we all got back together. .. thirty minutes on the tram and then off home again, for the 'last supper' and Tooli's choice of TV (the making of Gavin and Stacy and traitors. And then off to bed for an early start at 2am
