Kynance

Off to the Lizard today and a visit to Kyance - one of those beaches one must visit at some stage. 
We actually walked arounds the back of it before returning along the coastal path. Quite a muddy stroll but interesting in the variety of scenery. This photo was right by some serpentine quarries, a stone that Prince Albert made fashionable in the 19th century.
The beach itself provided a crowded cafe serving quite decent cakes. Rude not to try them.....
