That’s it for another year

Getting back to “normal” again. Turkey foil now seems to be out of fashion and going at bargain prices. Also, the chocolate Santas or reindeer or whatever they were have now been rebranded as Easter bunnies.

All the Edinburgh parkruns were cancelled today due to treacherous icy conditions. The nearest one still on was changing to a 4 lap course on grass, so didn’t really appeal too much and by the time Holyrood cancelled, it would have been cutting it a bit fine to get there anyway.  So … we gave it a miss! Not like us really, but we have already done one this week. Mind you, over 300 folk travelled to Meadowmill parkrun and smashed the previous attendance record by well over 100.
