Hello

It's been a lovely day starting with a run, however I did feel like I was skating at points.
Then we had visitors so I prepared lunch, and we welcomed our guests. It was good to see them and they stayed a good while, there was lots of catching up and time for a walk. This Swan is new on the canal and I will try and look up his tag.
Later on I made a quick visit to mum.
