For the record

This is what our emergency plumber noticed on 2nd January. Hopefully it will dry out now that he has fixed that leak. I’m still on tenterhooks about the progress of air and water round our central heating system but for now I’m grateful that it’s working and that we got to this one before any worse damage occurred.
