Cold reflections

What a cold day.  

We were out first thing and down to the appliance shop.  I have been battling with Hisense for a month now over our broken washing machine.  We've had one engineer visit and confirm the problem and that it is under warranty but since then I've been constantly fobbed off about the part being on order.  This is since 6th December.  It's stressing me out so much that I decided to cut my losses and went to buy a new one.  I realise it's been Christmas but it's the frustration of being told a different thing every time I call, it's like they will say anything just to get you off the phone quickly.   The laundrette is also very expensive for the amount of washing we have at £8 a load. I'll get the old one repaired and then pass it onto someone who needs a washer and I'll never buy Hisense again.

We stopped at the park on the way home to feed the ducks.  The pond was mostly frozen over and looking very pretty, but bitterly cold. 

Spent the afternoon with a friend here and her children and my friend Rachel's daughter.  Rachel is poorly so wanted to give her a break, I think I might be coming down with something too as been feeling very cold today, despite the house being warm, we were together on the 1st so maybe I have the same as she has.
