Day 6

Once again i didn't feel like i had the focus or time actually to do anything art related, but i was determined not to let 2 days go by!  so i gave myself 20 minutes and added some oil sticks to part of the concertina sketch book pages...well just 4 of them.   pretty happy with what i added, it's a bit of gamble, you could really just turn what was kinda nice into something ugly :P

Terry and i went up to Sydney to see the new movie about Bob Dylan..."A Complete Unknown"...oh my god, it was amazing and fantastic and i just loved it.   Gave me a bit of an insight into this man.   now i'm off to see what CDs i can get on Amazon!!!   Then we had dinner out and had such a lovely interaction with our waitress who was young and from India.  When i ask her if she knew who Bob Dylan was she just shook her head, never heard of him.  but what followed was a delightful conversation with this young woman who came to Cape Breton 3 years ago, on her own, from India.   Very brave i think.
