Blue Zones: Living Healthier
Have you seen the excellent documentary shown on Netflix? It’s called: ‘Live to 100, Secrets of the Blue Zones.´ It’s not just about living longer, but more importantly, living healthier.
The author of this book, Dan Buettner, takes us to such countries as Sardinia, Ikaria in Greece, Lima Linda in California and Okinawa in Japan, among others. The book has the same information as the Netflix series.
I can thoroughly recommend both the book and the documentary. If you are interested in adopting a healthier lifestyle and like the Mediterranean diet, then you will love all this health promoting information!
Whenever I read any kind of book, I always have a notebook and pencil or pen to take notes or copy meaningful quotations.
