Marjorie's ramblings

By walkingMarj

Yes, it snowed!

I woke to a winter wonderland this morning and was glad to be cosy inside. It continued to snow, but gradually the snow turned to rain. It has been grey all day so I stayed at home.

The birds were delighted when I went out to feed them and they have been very busy stuffing their faces all day.

The siskins are back, but not in great numbers yet.

I've been making some preparations for my holiday and thinking about it a lot. I always find that thinking prior to action works well for me - I often compose a talk in my head before writing it down. Whether this works for holiday packing is not so certain!

Daisy has been in and out. She has left nasty, muddy footprints on my chair arm. Another job.

Kevin flies to Southampton this afternoon. He has done a few good jobs to prepare for Margret's move to the Nursing Home next week.
