Racing Rooks

It's still raining I'm afraid, about a day and a half's worth now. The odd fleck of snow but mostly rain. The woods were the worst we've seen this morning, in terms of water, had to negotiate parts of the paths via the ditch as the path was flooded. Streams flowing everywhere. Z's mobile library is off the road tomorrow due to snow and ice forecasts. The end, it would seem, is nigh. (Though those in Nordic countries might just laugh at the national panic which happens here with an inch of snow...)
