Back to it

Back to work tomorrow. Back to this present for Freddie this evening. Long overdue but hopefully ready for his 1st birthday in February.
We mostly spent the day putting Christmas away, taking down the tree, packing everything away for another year. Always a strange punctuation mark on things. 
Sophie dropped by with a bottle of wine, breaking up the day nicely. We're all going dry for January so we drank tea and caught up about our different Christmases. Good as always to see her. 
A quiet dinner for two with S out and B busy doing something. 
Early night and hoping the back to work nerves don't keep me awake.
