This is a thank you to Heanku who can really appreciate this, knowing what fil/viili is, and being able to read the text. :-)

During these dull and unwell days I was browsing through my old recipe folder and this clipping fell off. I used to subscribe to the Swedish Helsinki paper which I am doing still, but the digital edition only.
At that time the paper's home section editor was collecting odd taste combinations from the readers. This was one of the replies the editor received. The writer's old aunt once served sourmilk (fil/viili) with Madeira wine poured over to the surprise guests that had arrived to the summer cottage.

It became a delicacy! The problem is the fil. Where can one get home made fil/viili these days?

Tomorrow is a holiday, so I can try to reach my doctor on Tuesday only.
