Umami Papi pizza bread

Umami Papi is the *best* chilli oil there is. I have this on good authority from mrs tsuken - who has tried many.

For pizza this evening, one we did as a chilli bread - just umami papa on the base; the oil brushed around it, and the crispy chilli stuff spread (clumped) on top. 

It. Was. AMAZing.
