In the evening we were invited over to a friend's to watch The Kidnappers dvd. You know it's a big responsibility to get folk to watch something you like, that's 90 minutes of their life they may never get back if they don't like it, and you in any way don't enjoy it yourself because you're worrying what their thinking. As it turned out, it was not so bad, borderline acceptable so I scraped by on that one, but never again. The Callans are very generous hearted people.
