The Kings have arrived!

Up and out early to get to church for set up, not without it's challenge as there was no power due to the last storm! So cables were run from the owners home. The technical stuff eventually worked with a different laptop and some teamwork! And we had a good morning, several new people who said they'll definitely be back next week. One has a daughter 2 days older than Nate, so the kids were very excited about that!
The relief when it had all gone well was real!! It's always a very low key service, certainly not polished in any way, but it seems to attracting people, so that must be Jesus!!
Home for a lunch, a nap, and then the Kings parade. Town was sooo full of people out to greet them! Claire, Susanna and I headed for a drink afterwards whilst Danny was a star and produced a roast dinner whilst Asha, Nate and a friend enjoyed playing on the Switch.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Teamwork at church. Different people making a concerted effort to help out.
2) Good chat with Susanna after lunch.
3) Seeing one of the homeless women whilst I was out with Susanna and Claire.
