Cyclist in Culross

Spent the morning in Culross and had a wander round the palace garden. Had a picnic and then home to do some gardening.

Something that always puzzles us on the road in and out of Culross is the fact that cyclists still use the main road instead of the excellent cycle path provided. It is such a winding , slightly narrowish road and the cycle path would be safer. Any ideas?
