Something new

The amaryllis we were given for Christmas by one of our neighbours seems to fit the slot.
 
 
Chilled to the bone today.  The temperature is not that low but with weather changing from rain to snow and back again a few times this morning does not help.  I’ve given in with two cup soups for lunch and an extra woolly pully.  Snow all gone now but the field next to us is waterlogged.
 
 
Cold venison cuts with bubble and squeak for tea tonight.
