A frosty start

I always light the wood burning stove early on, this morning the heating was on as well, with porridge for breakfast to get us going. It worked.  A good day for sorting out cupboards and CP boxes, not looked at since the last Christmas Fayre in mid December.  John popped out this morning to help a neighbour and later on to see neighbour Nick who had a splendid burning session, I love a bonfire.  We decided on lasagne for the evening meal, mostly prepared this morning, now I will assemble the three parts. A feel good day.  The in between parts of the day?  Watching a kitten.

Extra is Ted entertaining Bobbiegirl, she looked intrigued and later lay down to watch the antics. This is the last box, the others gave way, I’m sure we will find more.
