construction of hoar frost

It was very cold and humid this morning so everything was covered in thick hoar frost. Apparently everything will be covered in snow tomorrow morning. 
I was hoping to get a photo of the sunlight glistening off the ice crystals but that did not happen in the way I had envisioned. But when I enlarged the photo I noticed I had captured the structure of some of the crystals.
