January Day

A cold and damp day, but one with a few hours of sunshine this afternoon. The witch hazel in the garden has come into bloom. I love the characterful flowers.

We’ve had a day of chores involving a trip to Havant to buy food (Andy) and visit the dental hygienist (myself). By the time we returned and had our late lunch, it was time to walk Merlin. He decided to come with me today. I’ve also written to a friend.
