Saffron hoping to be taken back to Athens

A slightly traumatic arrival in the village yesterday. For me because there was no electricity in the house, 2 defrosted fridge freezers, various pools of water where the rain had leaked in through the roof, a blocked sink, a broken waste pipe. Today I discovered the culprit for the power failure: an extension lead in the spare room that was full of water from a new leak in the roof.
For Saffron because she had 2 encounters with enemy cats within an hour of arrival. So today she leapt into the car hoping to go back to the safety of the Athens flat.
