Sunset

Tai Chi this morning g and good to get back into it.i am really enjoying the slow movement  of it as it doesn't  make me breathless. Lunch in the Meeting Place with a bowl of lovely lentil soup and a roll and bacon. Opened my computer up and have a flashing red light so contacted  the computer  man. I managed to get into it as I wanted to check some bank accounts.
