Just checking?

12th Night necessitated the dismantling of Chistmas decorations and packing away from whence they came, well, up to a point. After last night's rain I wasn't planning to take down the outside lights which would have involved fiddly work with increasingly cold and wet fingers, but having removed one set fairly easily, others quickly followed. A different story this afternoon with the arrival of heavy rain (again) I had to concentrate on the inside decorations including the tree.  Managed to spot a few birds at the feeder including the male Bullfinch, keeping a wary eye out for the competition and a couple of Blue Tits - see extra
