Yesterday’s journey went well and today the people at the passport office couldn’t have been nicer. Got seen earlier than my appointment time so hopped on a bus to Edinburgh to see an exhibition that’s been on my radar for a while https://dovecotstudios.com/whats-on/ptolemy-mann . Really worth going to it if you can - stunning work and for some pieces (not this one) she uses paint on woven threads, I love that cross over of mediums. Had also wanted to see an exhibition at Stills but it was closed on a Monday. Instead I went to the Portrait Gallery and enjoyed the current exhibition celebrating 40 years of photographic portraits, and also the exhibition of contemporary portraits. Have walked miles and caught a lot of buses, should sleep well tonight.
