Pilates first thing. Back home to sort out the car service and MOT. Then to try and sort my British Orienteering membership. Usually not a problem but having cancelled Richard’s membership they cancelled mine despite having taken payment. All sorted out. Ordered a dehumidifier to try and reduces the condensation in both the kitchen and bathroom. I’m fed up wiping down windows.
Decided to go down to do a session of knee strengthening at the gym. It was a work out moving the equipment round for the set of exercises. At least the rain had stopped and the sun could be seen setting as I walked back.
Rant alert! Having changed broadband to EE there has been a string of difficulties! First my son Matthew helped me by setting it up. He made it clear it was for his parents. Instead of putting it in our name they put it in his. Easily resolve? No we have to have a new router and account set up! We wanted to retain the landline to give us a chance to change over to mobile only and not miss any medical calls for R. No problem about retaining our number or so we thought! The chemist couldn’t get through to let me know R’s tablets had arrived. Apparently they allocated a temporary number and forgot to reinstate the original number. It took nearly an hour to resolve. I’m sure it will work out but I could have done without it!
