I spent the morning in the kitchen making Curried
Lentil Spread and Butter Bean Pâté. Recipe’s from the old Bean Book. Then spent a while cleaning out the tins cupboard
We are going to a bring and share memorial lunch at the mooring club house. A fellow boater - Lee (60) passed away suddenly last November and his wife - Lisa is only just feeling able to see people again. So sad. Anyway I said I’d bring vegan food.
The snow is melting now :-(

I don’t know if you’ll be able to read the strip in the extra. It’s from a Woman’s Weekly Centenary issue I bought years ago just for all the pictures and the old fashioned articles.I sent this to Sabrina as she does aesthetics.
