Snow

Good day to stay indoors and admire the snow through the windows. I don't know how much snow we've gotten, but something like six inches. Our wonderful neighbor plowed much of our driveway, and Daniel worked on the rest. I had quite a lazy day, with the most useful accomplishments cooking a big pot of ham and bean soup and taking down the Christmas decorations. I'm pretty sure everyone in the household, cats included, had a long winter's nap. 

Now the wind has picked up and is forecast to linger all week.
