Backlit by the Sunlight

Yes, the sun was shining brightly today. It was nice to wake up to blue skies.

I have used this bouquet for Blip photos more than once, but I love the way it was backlit on the kitchen window sill. Converting it to B&W for MM was an easy choice.

Ellie had her yearly physical today. I love her pediatrician. He is patient and kind, as well as very wise and knowledgeable. She was the perfect patient and declared healthy. 

Afterward, Ellie wanted to check on Swim Lessons at the new swim center. She was able to get a new trial lesson to see what level she would do well in; they gave her a new swimsuit donated by the manufacturer to the club, and she had the evaluation right then. She starts lessons next week Monday right after school which is perfect since I usually keep her on Monday evenings so her grandparents can go to the gym.
