Mousie and ouch

A mother of a friend of mine made this mousie and gave it to me I would think at least 20 years ago.  She has long passed but I have lots of handmade gifts given to me over the years from various people and when I look at them, it always makes me think of the person who gave me with gift.  It is made of felt and soft so I think it might fit todays theme for TT.  Thanks for hosting loisbiz.

Ouch because it was an expensive day for me.  I drove back from Sydney this morning in on and off teaming rain taking it very easy on the M1.   I needed to restock the fridge so off to the supermarket parking outside on the street and as I had just unloaded the shopping trolley it fell off the footpath hitting the back of my car smashing the tail light.  I may have been heard to say some choice words and a very nice man came over to make sure I was alright.  I was fine, but the car wasn't.  Hey ho.  I hope this isn't a sign of what 2025 is going to be.
