Inner city park

Once again a dry and very cold morning, some blue sky and clouds, n the centre of the city is an inner city park called The Old Mans Park in park square just off commercial street which is the main shopping area of Newport.
It was once called the old mans park because at the top end of the park was a statue of Lord Tredegar sat on a chair on a high plinth.
