Time is flying by

I'm not getting to comment on others blip photo's at the moment so dont expect anyone to comment on mine...its ok if you dont pop around to me...am sure once I am settled in Cape Town it will be better. My goal is just to post a picture everyday. Soon will be posting from my ipad as going to be a lot easier while on holiday.

Hubby and I went for a 7.45km run this evening...was good, hot and humid so around 6km I started to struggle, also with not eating carbs, I ran out of energy as my pace is a lot faster when I run with hubby as he is fast with his long legs :)
