Daffodils

I bought a couple of bunches of supermarket daffodils just after Christmas. Only two have flowered so far.

When I took dog-nephew Merlin out today I noticed the controversial red heart is still hanging on the memorial oak tree. I spent half hour or so chopping back brambles as my self imposed penance for causing an upset.
