Cormorant

A fairly cold start to the day with some sunshine.  I enjoyed a Zumba class first thing and then went for a walk to the beach with my husband.  We had decided to make the most of the sunshine.  

There were several groups of people on the beach, some fishing and some with young children playing on the beach.  We wandered around the River Otter estuary where this Cormorant was located fairly close to us and then walked up to White bridge and back home for lunch.

An afternoon of packing up parcels for various people and its our Nature Group meeting this evening.  

We are lucky to have avoided the flooding and freezing conditions further north.
