Fun day in the snow :-)

So, Ben has had a day at school, also his carers pick him up on a Tuesday, so he won't be home until 7pm and frankly, I have enjoyed switching off a bit.  He's at school til 3pm and they're so experienced that I don't really worry about him at all when he's there and then it's just a few hours from 3pm when I'm contemplating what he's getting up to with the carers.. and that's manageable :-) 
I've been to Sainsburys, filled the car up with petrol, been to the fishmongers, walked the dog across snowy fields, washed the dog after the snowy fields, dried the dog after the washing, sent some EHCP related emails, cleaned both bathrooms, done the ironing, another little dog walk and had a cup of tea with an elderly neighbour.  I'm feeling like my life is a little more in order :-) 
Tomorrow I have a scan at the hospital to see how my leg is doing after the vein procedure thing I had last year, it's still a bit sore, so fingers crossed the snow doesn't get in the way.. as long as Ben can get to school, I'm happy :-)
